Business Analyst – Avaloq (Senior Manager)Accenture Strategy & Consulting is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to lead end‐to‐end implementation of a core banking system for a global client. Responsibilities Manage end‐to‐end implementation of a core banking system. Plan, execute, monitor, manage, and lead projects and program activities. Work with stakeholders, run workshops and act as liaison between clients and project team. Lead, coordinate and supervise activities of the project/program team. Multi‐task and split time between multiple projects/programs. Advise on best practice techniques for implementation. Ensure delivery exceeds client expectations. Report to leadership, handle risk, issues and maintain solution orientation. Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent. At least 10 years of experience in IT system development, project management and client communications. Proven track record as overall project leader in medium to large IT projects. Independent, organized, task‐oriented and able to work under pressure. Good command of written and spoken English, excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience in leading and coaching a team. Project Management qualification or certification is a plus. Good To Have Experience with banking or financial applications. Experience on Avaloq, InvestCloud or Temenos platform. Business Analyst experience related to Financial Services.
