Regulatory Reporting Lead Analyst, Vice President We’re looking for a high‐caliber professional to join Citi Finance’s Regulatory Reporting team at Changi Business Park, Singapore. The role reports to the Global Head of Regulatory and Capital Reporting and supports the preparation, analysis and submission of regulatory reports to local and U.S. regulators. Responsibilities: Support the production, review and timely submission of regulatory filings to U.S. regulators such as FR Y‐9C, FR Y‐14, FFIEC 009, FR Y‐15, Call Report and other reports. Monitor and manage key metrics associated with reports to identify challenges and issues. Implement processes and controls to mitigate the risk of inaccurate reporting and collaborate with teams to resolve discrepancies. Drive process improvements to enhance the accuracy, efficiency and transparency of the regulatory reporting process. Provide support during regulatory inquiries and examinations by providing accurate information and analysis. Partner with senior stakeholders across the firm, including Risk, Finance, Audit to provide updates on regulatory developments and impact assessments. Work with peers and program leaders on the implementation of U.S. regulatory changes within the reporting framework. Partner with the Risk & Controls team to maintain and enhance an effective internal control structure. Qualifications: 6–10+ years of extensive experience within the financial services industry and regulatory reporting. Intermediate knowledge of U.S. regulatory reports such as FR Y‐9C, FR Y‐14, FFIEC 009, FR Y‐15 and exposure to Basel III capital regulations, GAAP/SEC reporting and CCAR stress‐testing frameworks. Ability to navigate a large organization to streamline and summarize multiple information points and build repeatable processes for consistency. Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex concepts and influence change. Strong technical problem‐solving skills and a talent for identifying conflicts, discrepancies and other issues and bringing together the right team to solve them. Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks in a complex, dynamic environment as part of a team. Education: Bachelor’s/University degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
