What You'll Do:
- Drive for pickup, delivery, and event setups
- Assist in setup & teardown of events (birthdays, proposals, weddings, corporate)
- Style and prepare balloon orders (inflate, pack, style, etc.)
- Arrange flowers for event styling and décor
- Handle e-commerce fulfilment: processing orders, invoicing, packing parcels
- Manage stocks and inventory (sorting, stock-taking, replenishment)
- Support delivery & design teams to ensure smooth and timely execution
- Contribute to event planning & styling
- Participate in photoshoots and content creation (TikTok, and IG) when on the ground for events
- Serve customers and coordinate with vendors during events
- Perform ad-hoc tasks to support business operations
What We're Looking For
- Must have a valid driver's license (Class 3)
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
- Creative flair and interest in events, balloons, and flowers
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Willing to work weekends (event industry nature)
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Experience not required - training will be provided
- Prior experience in events, balloons, or flowers will be a plus

Salary will commensurate with experience. Overtime provided

Working Hours and Benefits:
- Work 5 days on average per week, 9am-6pm
- Rest days are on Monday and Tuesdays typically
- The work schedule includes both weekends and weekdays.
- Weekend work hours may vary and may not always be from 9am-6pm, but will generally be within similar daytime hours (depending on event timings)
