Operations Manager Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Logistics Operations Supervisor to lead and optimize our day-to-day operations. This key leadership role is responsible for managing fleet activities, supervising transport personnel, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily transport and logistics operations across the company.
  • Manage fleet scheduling, routing, and allocation to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Supervise drivers and operations staff, promoting high service standards and productivity.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory bodies.
  • Oversee vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, and workshop coordination.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand logistics needs and deliver customized solutions.
  • Develop and enforce operational policies, SOPs, and safety protocols.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular management reports.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be able to work under pressure, and possess strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
