Job Title: SCCM and Patch Management Engineer Work Location: Client Site (Depot), Singapore Assignment Duration: 1 Year Contract Salary: $3,300 – $3,400 per month Monthly Claims: Up to $300 (Transport + Mobile)Completion Bonus: 1 Month Bonus upon contract end ️ Annual Leave: 14 Days Working Hours: Office hours only (No Shift / No Standby)About the Role: We are looking for a meticulous and service-oriented SCCM and Patch Management Engineer to join our client's IT operations team at their Depot site. You will be responsible for ensuring timely patch deployment, software updates, and resolving IT support issues (Level 1 & 2) using Microsoft SCCM. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in IT support and systems management, looking to grow in a structured enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities: Deploy patches and applications across user endpoints and servers using Microsoft SCCM. Conduct testing of patches and applications before rollout. Generate reports and perform analysis on patch compliance and update status. Provide Level 1 & 2 IT support, resolving daily incidents and service requests. Perform server patching and routine system maintenance. Ensure compliance with security and system standards. Requirements: Minimum Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline. Hands-on experience with SCCM in deploying patches and software. Strong knowledge of Windows OS environments and basic network troubleshooting. Ability to handle user support tickets and troubleshoot system issues effectively. CAT 1 Security Clearance is required. Other Details: No shiftwork or 24/7 standby required.
