We are looking for a future leader in these disciplines who is willing to foster the interaction between physicists, clinician, and engineers at NTU through the development of ambitious research programs.**The candidates are expected to:*** Establish a world-class research program,* Enhance the School's visibility as an international leader in education and research* Teach undergraduate and graduate courses* Actively collaborate with NTU faculty and researchers* Forster academic/industrial collaborations in Singapore**Responsibilities:*** Conduct high-quality innovative research in terms of publishing top-tier papers* Giving invited talks at international conferences, securing competitive research grants, and supervising research personnel* Contribute to teaching and course development at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels* Giving academic supervision of undergraduate and graduate students* Undertake administrative and/or leadership roles* Contribute to other service-related activities assigned by the School and University**Requirements:*** PhD in physics, engineering or a related discipline* Strong record of research and relevant publications in reputable peer-reviewed international journals* A good track record of securing research grants* A good track record of supervising students, and interns in relevant fields* Experienced in cross-disciplinary research initiatives and collaboration**Application:**Please click the apply button and submit the following documents to us:* Cover letter* Curriculum Vitae including a full publication list* Statement of current and future research interest* Teaching statement* Name of three refereesAll applications and materials submitted will be held in strict confidence.
