Roles & Responsibilities Job Title: Customer Service Executive Location: Orchard Road, Singapore Salary Range: $3,200 – $4,000 per month Working Hours: 44 hours per week, 5-day work week including rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays Salary: SGD3,200-SGD4,000 Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and service-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team at our Orchard location. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, creating a warm and welcoming environment for all customers while providing a personalized and seamless shopping experience across our home, fashion, beauty, and lifestyle departments. Key Responsibilities: -Greet and welcome all customers to create a pleasant in-store experience -Maintain up-to-date knowledge of store procedures, systems, policies, products, and events -Provide personalized product recommendations across all departments -Assist customers with product selection, style insights, and wardrobe curation -Share information on the latest trends, new collections, Singapore events, and bookings to enhance the customer experience -Conduct daily store walkthroughs and coordinate with team members to take immediate corrective actions when needed -Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to elevate the overall experience -Resolve customer concerns with effective problem-solving and decision-making -Motivate, train, and support team members to deliver exceptional customer service Job Requirements: -Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Retail, Hospitality, Customer Service, or related fields -Minimum 3 years of relevant customer service experience preferred -Confident, personable, and service-driven -Strong problem-solving and communication skills -Detail-oriented and well-organized -Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Yuki, Teo Shi Xiang | EA Reg No: R Reveres Management Associates Pte Ltd | EA Licence No: 87C3503 (We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.)
