Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:
We are hiring a reliable and skilled Printing Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating digital printing machines and post-press finishing equipment, ensuring timely and high-quality output for signage, marketing materials, and corporate packaging.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain digital printing machines
  • Handle finishing machines, including:
    Trimming machine
    Scoreline machine
    Wire-O binding
    Spiral coil binding
    Plastic comb binding
    Saddle-stitching
    Lamination
  • Set up jobs and materials for print production
  • Monitor print quality and perform basic troubleshooting
  • Ensure production deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with digital print and finishing equipment
  • Familiarity with print production processes
  • Physically fit and able to handle repetitive machine tasks
  • Independent, responsible, and detail-oriented
  • Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Illustrator is a plus
  • Singaporeans / PRs preferred, but foreigners are welcome to apply (subject to work pass eligibility)

Salary Range: SGD 2,200 – 3,200 per month (depending on experience)
