About Department and Purpose of the Position We are seeking a dynamic, resilient and highly dedicated Patient Service Associate to join our Specialist Outpatient Clinics. As a Patient Service Associate, you will deliver friendly, efficient customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our patients and visitors, with the key aim of providing excellence patient care and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Counter Registration Perform registration and screening of patients Perform accurate billing and timely collection of payments Comply to clinic facilities readiness Consultation Room Assist clinicians and/or therapists during clinic consultation. Provide proper care and coordination and coordinate first/follow-up appointments for patients. Manage wait time and keep patient updated in a timely manner. Key Requirements Minimum “N” Level. Healthcare or service or related industry preferred but not required. Proficient in computer skills. Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
