Branch Associate Job

We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team and assist in the smooth flow of daily operations in our branch.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum Diploma Holder, 1-2 years of relevant working experience in the Banking and Finance industry, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Responsibilities:
  • To support the Senior Officers and Branch Manager in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in the branch.
  • Handle over-the-counter transactions including cash deposits and withdrawals/loan receipting.
  • Assist in customers' enquiries and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Perform the role of Chief Cashier when required.
  • Perform Teller's duties when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma Holder.
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience in the Banking and Finance industry (an advantage).
  • Team player with good service aptitude.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for delivering excellent service with a customer-first mindset.
