Warehouse Operations Associate Job Description
- Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Operations Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Picking the right product from stores as per requirements and within the required time frame.
- Efficiently picking customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is packed for loading and offloading while maintaining the quality of all shipments and products free of damage.
- Efficiently palletizing all cartons once the full order is picked to ensure products are ready for outbound shipments.
- Identifying and communicating defects/damages during quality checks to the respective managers to ensure the quality of all shipments for efficient warehouse operations.
- Performing any other duties assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
- Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: S$1,700 - S$2,400 + OT.
- Others:
The selected candidate will be required to undergo training and onboarding process before starting work.
