Job Description

KPMG has a strong Oracle Digital Transformation team in this region, and we are assisting several clients with end-to-end business transformation initiatives enabled by Oracle solutions. Our practice is expanding, and we are seeking an Oracle Technical Solution Architect to join our team. You will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of Oracle solutions to meet client needs. You should understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Oracle technologies. This position is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and development leadership on strategic Oracle Cloud projects.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and requirements.
• Monitor implementation activities to ensure best practices and design principles are followed.
• Ensure solutions support architecture objectives such as availability, scalability, performance, and security.
• Understand project methodology and its relation to the development lifecycle.
• Prioritize tasks while maintaining project scope.
• Utilize leadership skills in persuasion, influence, problem-solving, and solution conceptualization.
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor Cloud Technical team members.
• Continuously develop technical skills and knowledge.
• Develop proof-of-concept prototypes and initial implementation models.
• Participate in projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
• Contribute to Oracle solutioning during pre-sales and project phases.
• Lead proposal development, ensuring alignment with sales strategies.
• Build strong relationships with clients to enhance KPMG's image.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (preferred).
• At least 8 years of Oracle technical architect experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Oracle EBS application experience.
• Experience with at least 5 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud/on-premise implementations.
• Proven success in leading Oracle implementation or migration projects.
• Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective.
• Self-motivated with the ability to deliver results independently.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for all management levels.
