Product Marketing Manager (RF and Power Electronics)
Job Purpose
The Product Marketing Manager for RF & Power Electronics will be responsible for driving the marketing strategy, product positioning, and go-to-market execution for the company's RF and power electronics product lines. This role bridges technical expertise and marketing acumen to develop strategies that effectively communicate the value of products to customers and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in RF and power electronics, combined with experience in product marketing, to drive product success and market growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Supplier ManagementAssist in the alignment of Supplier and Company’s RF division strategy
Grow Supplier’s business through Company’s RF divisions’ sales channel
Manage Supplier Rating and enable multi-level relationship building between the supplier and CompanyStrategic ProcessesDevelop and implement Company’s target segment strategies and Product Pricing Strategy to achieve Gross Margin and Revenue
Review and management of inventory on forecast, and customers’ buffering, stocking programs
Identify white spots and bring in new product lines and building products in-houseOperational Processes ManagementResponsible for Business Review and Vendors’ Delivery Performance and Reliability
Drive for Design-in / Design-win and revenue target
Mid- and long-term forecast reporting
Provide technical expertise, product promotion and training to sales and customers in support of our franchised product lines
Development of good promotional and presentation materialsEducation
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Certification in marketing is a plus.
Experience & Competencies
Deep understanding of RF components, power electronics, and related technologies, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders - engineering, sales, and external partners effectively.
Proven track record of successfully launching technical products and driving market adoption.
Experience in B2 B marketing, especially in the semiconductor or electronics industry, is preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
