We are seeking a skilled
IT SWAT
representative. The mission of the IT SWAT team is to keep the IT environment safe from digital security threats. This role involves close collaboration with the Global CERT (Computer Emergency Response Team) and local and divisional IT asset and service managers. As a member of the IT SWAT team, you will engineer, integrate, and deploy security best practice solutions to identified problems with a pragmatic approach. You will guide IT asset and service managers and business units towards a security-first posture.
Responsibilities
Driving and supporting local IT teams in the implementation of security controls, processes, and procedures.
Translating security controls into actionable work packages that IT teams can easily implement and define action plans (e.g., for vulnerability management).
Automating and creating workflow definitions for control monitoring.
Increasing cyber awareness within the wider teams, both IT and management.
Supporting security and solution architecture/design phases.
Vulnerability management for IT applications and Infrastructure.
Performing risk analysis, prioritization, and remediation if critical.
Communicating effectively with stakeholders and report progress weekly/monthly.
If required, performing own implementations of security controls.
Requirements
5+
years
of experience in a similar role.
Proven experience in cybersecurity and IT security incident management.
Hands-on experience with PowerShell and Python scripting.
Strong understanding of security controls and best practices.
Fluency in
English .
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CISM) are a plus.
Working conditions
Location: Gurugram , India. It's a
hybrid
working model.
It's a
temporary contract
ending in
December 2025 .
