Provide secretariat support for research-related meetings and serve as the main point of contact for key committees like the Clinical Research Committee (CRC) and Chairman Medical Board. Act as the main liaison for research-related reporting, including CRC reports, insurance submissions, and cluster-level declarations, ensuring timely and accurate updates. Oversee administrative processes, manage research-related applications and maintain compliance through proper documentation and workflow tracking. Draft, review, and maintain research policies, SOPs, and work instructions, while supporting continuous improvements and ensuring accessibility for stakeholders.
