You will focus on safe, flawless, on time delivery of Turnarounds (TA) and Shutdowns. In this role you will work closely with Maintenance sub‐teams and various departments in the organization. In our team, you will be responsible for developing efficient and effective work/job package planning for all electrical, instrument and analyzer work requests for the Turnaround/Shutdown. You will deliver planning and scheduling efficiency through integrating the needs and contributions from Reliability, Asset Management, Technical, Operations and HSSE. More about the job Your role in our team / in creating a sustainable future TA Planning Process Management: Understand and successfully deliver the respective 7 phases and milestones of the TA Planning Process. Quality Planning Output: Ensure the resulting E&I planning products (EIA) maximize planning efficiency and set the execution team up for a successful execution . Knowledge Retention & Continuous Improvement: Perform planning best practices/knowledge/efficiency retention into the Task List Library and ways of working to enable compounded planning efficiency for future events. Keys to success in this role / The best combination to succeed in this role Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Instrument Engineering or related disciplines. At least 7 years relevant experience in oil & gas and/or petrochemical industry. Experienced in TA, maintenance work control, planning, costing for Electrical, Instruments and/or Analyzers. Understands TA planning process and SAP/PM/CM maintenance process. Knowledgeable with international & local standards related to Instruments and electrical equipment. Other strengths we value Good communication skills, team working & strong collaborative mindset. Good problem solving and equipment troubleshooting skills.
