Working Hours:

Our team operates Monday through Friday, during standard office hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create personalized care plans to ensure optimal health and well-being, while providing support to families and caregivers in times of need.
  • Assist with daily living activities that promote independence and comfort.
  • Perform nasogastric tube insertion procedures.
  • Maintain catheter management and hygiene protocols.
  • Provide wound care services to promote healing and prevent complications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or higher.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Advanced Diploma in Palliative Nursing or Gerontology is an added advantage.
