Our team delivers data-driven, actionable insights through the application of computational approaches to guide strategic decisions in clinical and drug development. We are looking for a talented and highly motivated intern in Computation Biology and Bioinformatics with a strong background in molecular biology, genomics and protein data analysis, and with a strong interest in contributing to the development of the next generation of cancer therapies.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and implement bioinformatic analysis for datasets from our clinical trials.Perform analysis of multi-modal pre-clinical and clinical data to investigate mechanism of action and biomarker identification for our drug programs.Explore and apply AI/ML methods for the discovery of gene/protein dependencies and regulatory networks in tumor samples.Analyze data and prepare detailed reports on findings and methodologies.Help with figure and slide deck preparation.REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONSBeing currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s Program in Computer Science, Computational Biology, bioinformatics, precision medicine or related science program.Experience in Python and/or R for data analysis.Experience in the analysis of public datasets: TCGA, Dep Map, Drug Synergy, GTEx, GEO, etc.Good understanding of molecular biology.Desirable to have strong communication skills, with a focus on creating and delivering presentations.OUR MISSION & VALUESOur fast-growing biotechnology company is committed to discovering and developing important new drugs for cancer and autoimmune diseases, and living by our values: Excellence, Determination, Teamwork, Intellectual Integrity and Audacity.JOIN US AT THE FRONTIER OF DRUG DISCOVERY AND DEVELOPMENTWe are looking for passionate and motivated individuals committed to solving important, complex problems.
