Warehouse Operations Assistant

Our company is looking for a skilled Warehouse Operations Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse activities and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Job Description

  • Support and manage the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities.
  • Handle picking, packing, and sorting of goods in a timely manner.
  • Assist with the receiving and issuing of goods to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee both physical stock and system entries.
  • Conduct regular stock-taking and reconciliation exercises to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum GCE N Level qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment with ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other relevant software tools.
  • Skilled in operating a forklift and electric reach truck.
