About the Role:
We seek an accomplished Electrical Automation Expert to join our team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality solutions for industrial and marine automation projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create ITP and FAT documents, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct system testing, prepare test reports, and as-built drawings.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and after-sales support.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop long-term relationships with clients, ensuring post-sale satisfaction.
- Address customer concerns, questions, and objections promptly and professionally.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with engineering, design, and project management teams to ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and according to quality plans.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma or higher in electrical, electronic, or clean energy engineering.
- Experience in VSD and switchboard industries is advantageous.
- Able to travel.
- Ability to work independently.
