Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Onboarding and Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will ensure every hotel we partner with launches our software smoothly and confidently. You will own the entire post-sales onboarding journey—from initial kickoff through configuration, training, and successful go-live—helping each property get the maximum value from our platform. Key Responsibilities Lead hotel onboarding projects from signed contract to successful go-live, serving as the primary contact for each property. Configure and tailor Vouch platform to match each hotel’s operational workflows, integrations, and branding. Train hotel teams (onsite or remote) with clear documentation, live demos, and Q&A sessions to ensure confident adoption. Coordinate with internal teams—Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support—to deliver a seamless client experience and rapid issue resolution. Gather and relay feedback from hotel users to help refine product features and future implementations. Monitor early performance metrics post-launch and provide best-practice guidance to drive long-term success. Required Skills and Qualifications 1-3 years experience in hotel operations/technology. Comfortable working with software platforms and well-versed with how hotel software works in hotel operations environment. Strong communication skills (written and spoken). Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple hotel deployments at once. Empathetic, patient, and solutions-oriented, with a passion for hospitality and technology. Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and optimizing software configurations.
