My client is a leading A1 construction company in Singapore. They are currently seeking a
Design Manager
to join their growing team. This role will lead the charge on diverse, high-impact projects— from concept to construction.

Salary: Up to $9,000
Location: Central
Responsibilities
Drive design excellence across all project phases, ensuring alignment with cost, timeline, and regulatory standards
Collaborate with project teams to develop conceptual and detailed designs, including value engineering during Tender/ECI stages
Oversee design coordination, construction documentation, and site walks to ensure quality and compliance
Lead communication between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
Resolve complex design and technical challenges with innovative, strategic solutions
Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture
Requirements
Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution
Qualified as a Registered Architect
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in design and project management (Preferably in Condo/Plant/Data Center projects)
Strong design sensibility, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Deep understanding of local codes, planning parameters, and regulatory frameworks
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver projects on time and to spec
A strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset and a drive for excellence
