Senior Product Manager Role

We seek an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our game finance products. As a key team member, you will be responsible for managing the full product lifecycle, from research and design to testing and launch.

  • Oversee the entire product development process (research, design, testing, launch) for game finance products.
  • Identify user needs, industry trends, and drive product innovation.
  • Optimize products using data, feedback, and market insights.
  • Competitor analysis and strategic market improvements.
  • Enhance UX/UI, streamline user flows, and elevate design standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (design, dev, QA, ops) for timely delivery.
  • Evaluate product performance, propose improvements, and boost competitiveness.
  • Develop long-term product strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Maintain documentation and promote knowledge sharing.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven Senior PM with full lifecycle expertise. Finance/gaming industry background required.
  • Business Acumen: Strong market awareness and ability to spot trends and pain points.
  • Analytical Skills: Data-driven decision-making and metric optimization.
  • Communication: Clear, collaborative, and able to align cross-functional teams.
  • Leadership: Team management skills, accountability, and ambition.
  • Innovation: Creative problem-solving with structured thinking.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin for effective communication.
