Olympus APAC | Senior Executive, Regional Admin Finance

Primary Purpose
The Senior Executive for Regional Admin Finance will support the finance department in various administrative and financial tasks. This role involves assisting with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, month-end closing processes and company projects. The assistant will collaborate with different corporate functions to ensure efficient financial operations and contribute to informed business decisions.
Key Accountabilities
Review and validate Corporate Packages to ensure adherence to reporting requirements.
Prepare and generate monthly reports for corporate function heads.
Prepare monthly Corporate SGA and Capex reports for stakeholders.
Distribute the Corporate Datapack to Business Centers (BCs) and ensure the analysis and landing forecasts are accurate and meaningful.
Conduct monthly reviews of Corporate SGA intercompany transactions within the APAC region.
Perform ad-hoc analyses as required.
Collaborate with various finance functions to enhance processes and improve financial reporting.
Assist in preparing budget guidance and budget templates.
Provide support in the SGF Administration process.
Collaborate with stakeholders (FP&A, Accounting, local Finance teams, corporate function members etc).
Support the finance team with ad-hoc reporting and involvement in projects as Region Finance resource as needed.
Inherent Requirements
Formal Qualifications
Qualified Accountant (CA/CPA) with Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
Key Skills / Core Competencies
Expertise of IFRS accounting standards.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Good understanding of management accounting, general ledger information system and internal control.
Experience with financial reporting and financial modelling.
Understand process improvements and standardizations.
Project management and financial expertise in analysis of business cases and financial projections.
Embrace core values: Integrity is essential.
Ability to work with ambiguity.
Experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting/finance field.
A Big 4 Accounting experience and Med tech industry experience is preferred.
