Responsibilities:
New Business Acquisition
Identify and acquire new businessopportunities in Singapore for revenue growing within real estate coresectors - Financial Institutions, Real Estate Developers, Real Estate Agencies, Brokers, InsuranceCompanies, Investors, Government Agencies, and more
Develop andexecute sales strategies based on a structured territory plan. Thisincludes identifying, qualifying, and building strong pipeline on netnew logos.
Adept atunderstanding (unmet/ underlying) client pain points, and comfortable atidentifying the right solution to said pain points
Strong businessacumen on targeted client sector and able to curate fit-for-purpose salesproposal in delivering value propositions and potential ROI for clients.
Actively trackand provide timely update on sales performances against the assignedmonthly and quarterly sales target in CRM tool. Ensure CRM hygiene withexcellent pipeline and opportunity management.
Ensurethe highest standards of ethics and compliant behaviour in salescontract negotiations, rate card pricing and client management, before handingover the newly acquired logo to the DSS Customer Success team foronboarding.
Relationship Management
Develop deeprelationships with decision-makers in your pipeline of prospective netnew corporate logos based on organization hierarchy mapping and businessfunctions.
Establish a solidunderstanding of all granular aspects of the DSS product and solutionsin Singapore to acquire new corporate logos faster and more efficiently.Build and maintain relationships within the wider client organisationincluding GMs, Directors, Tech / Finance / Procurement / BD to ensuremore net new logo opportunities and to explore untapped revenueopportunities for DSS products.
Collaborateclosely with cross-functional stakeholders to present DSS solutions thataddress client needs while simultaneously meeting your monthly andquarterly targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 4 years of B2B Sales /Business Development experience within a fast-paced and highlycompetitive B2B, SaaS, enterprise, or consulting environment (directclient facing role) in Singapore.
Proven track record as a solidperformer in net new logo acquisition and in exceeding sales targets.
Ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated individual who can workwell in an online startup VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous)environment.
Must be able to work independently most of the time and thinkstrategically when approaching sales tasks.
Strong interpersonal skills and able to effectively network withclients and within the PropertyGuru business.
Coachable attitude: Willingand able to learn about the PropertyGuru platform, DSS product suites,processes, and stakeholders extremely fast.
Communication: Strong andeffective communicator with good presentation and speaking skills who canverbally and visually articulate their point of view clearly andsuccinctly to new client prospects and internally.
Deep desire to excel and develop a career in a high-growth tech environment.
Demonstrate high integrity and respect in performing sales duties.
Proficiency in using CRM tools.
Comfortable with data analysis (MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
An in-depth understanding of the real estate market and ecosystemplayers in Singapore and Southeast Asia is a plus
