Who are we looking for?
The incumbent will perform receiving in, in-process and outgoing inspection for manufactured products.
What will you be doing?
Perform receiving, in-process and outgoing inspection
Assist Laboratory supervisor on analyzing customer returns/customer complaints
Generate COA
Authorize to sign on COA
Record test result and input to SPC
Review SPC trend and highlight any trend abnormality
Issue Production Batch Ticket to production
Calibration and Maintenance of Laboratory equipment
Measurement System Analysis
Liaise with vendor on Maintenance, Calibration, Troubleshooting of Lab equipment
Ensure good housekeeping of the laboratory at all times
Any other tasks as and when assigned.
Able to perform overtime when required.
Who are You?
Diploma/Bachelor's degree (B.S.), in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related science disciplines, from four-year college or university.
Experience in chemical analysis and experience in operating laboratory instruments.
What competencies will you need?
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Meticulous and analytical mindset.
Good team player and possess excellent communication skills.
Initiative, organized and independent person.
Good interpersonal skills.
Results oriented.
