About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Equity Derivatives Trader to join our dynamic trading team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Asian equity and structured products markets, strong quantitative skills, and a proven track record in executing and managing Exotics derivative risks on Asian underlyings.

What you'll do
Manage an Asian Equity Exotics derivatives portfolio to maximize profitability from client flow while mitigating risks.
Ensure that all market and pricing parameters are properly maintained.
Deliver responsive and competitive quotes to clients, as well as offering top-quality service to sales and clients, including the production of trade ideas.
Monitor equity markets, global economic events, central bank policies, and geopolitical developments that impact financial markets.
Manage and optimize risk exposure within predefined risk parameters.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal trading policies.
What you'll need
Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years (ideally 10 years) of experience in Equity Exotics derivatives trading at a financial institution, with deep knowledge of Asian markets.
Strong understanding of derivatives, pricing models, and risk management techniques.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure trading environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python is a plus.
