Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced
Motor Car Mechanic
to join our team. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform
diagnostic tests
to identify mechanical, electrical, and engine issues.
Conduct
routine maintenance
such as oil changes, brake servicing, and fluid checks.
Repair or replace
faulty components
in the engine, transmission, suspension, and braking systems.
Use
computerized diagnostic tools
to troubleshoot vehicle problems.
Inspect, test, and
repair electrical and electronic systems .
Conduct
test drives
to verify the success of repairs.
Keep accurate
records of maintenance and repairs .
Ensure compliance with
safety and quality standards .
Work as part of a team to improve workshop efficiency.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Motor Car Mechanic / Automotive Technician .
Strong knowledge of
vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques .
Ability to use
modern diagnostic tools and equipment .
Hands-on experience in
engine repairs, transmission work, and suspension maintenance .
Ability to
interpret service manuals and technical diagrams .
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Physically fit and able to lift heavy parts and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
Automotive Technician Certification (NITEC, WSQ, or equivalent)
is an advantage.
Experience with
Hybrid & Electric Vehicles
is a plus.
Familiarity with
European, Japanese, or Continental vehicles .
