Financial Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Executive to manage and maintain full sets of accounts, including AR, AP, and GL.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of accounting concepts, principles, and financial statements. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.

Responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions, overseeing billing processes, and monitoring customer receipts.

Additionally, the role involves reviewing and processing supplier invoices, managing and reconciling AP accounts regularly, and maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts.

Strong analytical skills are required for conducting detailed costing analysis, performing variance analysis, and reporting findings to management.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience in an integrated facilities management or light construction industry.

Required skills include excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, high accuracy, strong organizational and time management skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, effective communication, people management, and interpersonal skills.

Professional accounting certification is a plus. We are looking for someone with experience in GST reporting and variance analysis, as well as previous experience in a senior accounting role.
