The successful candidate will be responsible for handling loan submissions, floor and insurance, as well as supporting the processing of loan applications for approval and activation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage loan submissions, including floor and insurance documentation
  • Support in the processing of loan applications from initiation through activation
  • Provide guidance and support to customers throughout their car financing journey
  • Assist with paperwork related to loan disbursement
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin languages to communicate effectively with clients
  • Possess a recognized certificate (ITE/Diploma)
