Roles & Responsibilities Job Purpose We are looking for an Assistant Boutique Manager to lead and inspire a passionate and dynamic team, dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences within our Fragrance & Beauty Division. With a strong sense of business acumen, the Assistant Boutique Manager is expected to lead and manage the boutique’s sales team, optimize business opportunities, deliver exceptional client experience and to uphold the brand’s image and service standards . You will drive retail excellence across all touchpoints while collaborating with internal cross functional teams to deliver business excellence. Success in this role comes from thinking beyond the store, keeping the full client journey in focus, including within an omni-channel environment. Impact You Can Create In The Role: 1. Business Leadership Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Drive business growth through proactive client engagement and strategic initiatives. Analyze sales trends, customer insights, and key performance indicators to uncover growth opportunities. Develop and implement action plans to elevate store performance. 2. Team Management Lead, inspire, and empower the sales team to achieve exceptional results. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development. Cultivate a dynamic team culture that embodies the brand’s values and commitment to service excellence. 3. Client Relationship Build and nurture VIC relationships through personalized service and clienteling. Deliver memorable and distinctive client experiences that foster loyalty and long-term engagement. Manage client feedback and service recovery with empathy and efficiency. 4. Operations & Store Management Oversee daily operations of the F&B boutique, including merchandising decisions, counter layout, and administrative tasks. Ensure full compliance with retail procedures and company policies. Uphold high standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness. Manage inventory levels, ordering processes, and stock accuracy. You are Energized by: Deep understanding of Fragrance & Beauty product and in driving business decisions. Leveraging tools to drive performance and data-driven decision-making. Thriving in leadership and cross-functional teams and multicultural environments, bringing with you exceptional communication & interpersonal skills. What you will bring: Solid experience in retail, with a strong grasp of industry standards and operations. Relevant training or education in Fragrance & Beauty or a comparable field. Proven leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills. Proficiency in POS systems, CRM tools, and sales reporting. A keen eye for aesthetics and a strong commitment to brand presentation. Specialized expertise in makeup artistry, fragrance, or skincare (if applicable).
