Research Engineer I Position
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and coordinate research activities, including collaboration meetings, internal group meetings, overseas exchanges, and business trips (local and oversea travel arrangements).
  • Oversee procurement activities, including raising Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, tracking equipment ownership, and managing expenditures.
  • Handle reimbursement, claims, and follow expenditure procedures.
  • Oversee personnel management and coordination, such as recruitment, internship programs, and new student application processes.
  • Assist in budget management for research projects, ensuring proper allocation and usage of funds.
  • Maintain the smooth operation of the research group and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Update the group website/public account, ensuring it reflects current and accurate information while adhering to organizational standards.
  • Compile, analyze, and prepare project reports with in-depth analytical insights to support decision-making.
Job Requirements
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Independent, highly analytical, proactive, and a team player.
  • Excellent teamwork and verbal, written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various research tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a research team.
  • Prior research experience, including involvement in research projects or publications, is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other office software.
