Overview Are you passionate about customer service and sales? We are looking for a motivated and friendly Retail Associate to join our growing team You will play a crucial role in promoting and selling the company’s product, play an integral part in promoting the brand’s image and ensure that the day-to-day operation of the outlet/counter is carried out in an effective and efficient manner. Responsibilities Attend to customers’ needs and serve customers and make connections with potential customers to create a positive shopping experience. Keep up to date with all product knowledge and provide prompt and good customer service. Assist in store daily housekeeping and stock replenishment. Fulfil your role as a staff of the company by displaying and projecting a good image of courtesy, respectability and professionalism. Requirements Possess customer service mindset and ability to engage with people Motivated and passionate about delighting our customers Minimum GCE 'N' Levels and above Minimum 1 year of working experience in retail or/and customer service preferred Able to work rotating shift hours, on weekends and public holiday Candidates with no prior working experience may be considered Preferred staying at east side What We Offer Attractive monthly commissions 5 days work week Allowances Medical and Dental coverage Annual Performance Bonus Staff discounts (applicable for all the brands under BP de Silva Group)Comprehensive training & Career Development Plan Fun, dynamic work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
