Overview As the Lead PMO, you will oversee the planning, execution, and alignment of strategic projects. You will work cross-functionally with teams and leaders worldwide to drive key initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery aligned with our business objectives. This is a highly influential role, giving you the chance to make a direct impact on our technology and product roadmap. Responsibilities Drive and oversee global and regional projects from inception through execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standards. Align cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and Operations, for cohesive and efficient project execution. Provide clear and concise project updates to stakeholders, proactively managing risks and mitigating issues. Develop, implement, and continuously enhance project management processes and best practices for optimal project delivery. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; Project Management certification (PMP, Agile, or equivalent) is a must 10+ years of experience in a Tech PMO role, focusing on strategic initiatives and cross-functional project leadership, ideally within a large tech firm. 5+ years experience in executing regional product implementation Excellent communication and influence skills, with proficiency in both Chinese and English to engage effectively with regional stakeholders. Strong strategic mindset with the ability to work collaboratively and influence at all organizational levels.
