Oversee all facility-related projects, renovations, and construction, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance. Manage regulatory compliance, permits, licenses, and follow-up on audit findings. Lead emergency management, Business Continuity (BCP), and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) initiatives. Prepare tender documents, scopes of work, and bills of quantities. Supervise and mentor the Facility Executive. Requirements Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field with at least 3 years' experience. (Diploma holders with 5 years' relevant experience may be considered.)Strong technical knowledge in facility and biomedical equipment management.
