Role SENIOR / EXECUTIVE, DEREGISTRATION What you will be working on You will be providing daily frontline and counter and backroom operations on a rotational basis and ensure accurate collection of taxes and fees. As part of the role, you will also attend to public and motor dealers’ enquiries. Additionally, you will sort processed application forms for filing or microfilming. You need to be meticulous as you will be tracking forms returns by Electronic Service Agents and check for completeness and accuracy of the forms. You will also be required to compile statistics periodically as well as handle any tasks as assigned by your supervisor/management. What we are looking for Diploma in any discipline Candidates with other qualifications and relevant working experience will be considered Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint Pleasant personality and customer-focused Able to work with minimal supervision About Land Transport Authority The Land Transport Authority (LTA) is a statutory board under Ministry of Transport that spearheads land transport developments in Singapore.
