Team player. Class 3 Driving Licence a MUST Overview We are seeking a reliable and hands-on On-Site Technician to join our service team. This role focuses on the collection, delivery, and on-site servicing of instruments, with occasional support for installation, commissioning, and in-house assembly . Responsibilities Perform collection and delivery of instruments to and from customer sites. Conduct on-site evaluation, testing, troubleshooting, and basic repairs of equipment according to company procedures. Provide installation and commissioning support for instruments when required. Assist with in-house assembly of instrument parts in the laboratory. Coordinate closely with sales and service teams to ensure smooth customer support and after-sales service. Ensure proper handling, care, and documentation of equipment during transport and servicing. Comply with all workplace safety and risk assessment procedures. Requirements ITE/Certificate in any Engineering field is helpful. Valid Class 3 Driving License is mandatory . Strong initiative and willingness to learn equipment mechanics and operation. Prior experience in a similar field service role is an advantage.
