Responsibilities:
Support daily customer service functions such as attending to email enquiries & calls.
Deal with customers and transporters to arrange for local shipment delivery.
Handle air and sea shipment booking with freight forwarders.
Handle customers’ complaints and conduct investigations (if any).
Update and submit daily/monthly reports to customers.
Handle import and export permit declaration.
Prepare simple draft logistics billings.
Handle ad-hoc tasks upon customer request (if any).
Other ad-hoc operation duties as assigned.
Requirement:
Minimum O’level or related Certificate in Logistics Management.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in 3rd party logistics will be an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
