Role Overview We are looking for a strategic and technically skilled Tech SEO Manager to lead global SEO efforts and maximize organic search performance. This role is vital to ensuring our website's technical health, driving international SEO strategies, and improving site performance metrics such as Core Web Vitals . You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and content teams to build SEO-friendly systems, ensuring Crypto.com's discoverability across all markets and devices. Key Responsibilities Technical SEO Leadership Define and execute a scalable technical SEO strategy across all global websites and subdomains. Audit and enhance website crawlability, indexation, internal linking, and page speed. Partner with developers and product managers to embed SEO best practices into website architecture, sitemaps, and code deployments. Collaborate with content, localization, and marketing teams on structured data, meta-tagging, and hreflang implementation. Performance Monitoring & Optimization Analyze and improve Core Web Vitals , mobile-friendliness, and site health using SEO diagnostics tools. Monitor performance through tools like Google Search Console , Screaming Frog , Ahrefs , or SEMRush , and deliver actionable recommendations. Project Support Lead SEO considerations during CMS migrations or large-scale platform transitions to ensure minimal traffic impact. Develop frameworks for international SEO , including multi-language and multi-region optimization, geo-targeting, and hreflang strategies. Requirements 5+ years of hands-on experience in technical SEO , ideally with global brands or multilingual websites . Expertise in international SEO , structured data (JSON-LD), canonicalization , hreflang tags, and site architecture. Strong familiarity with Core Web Vitals , load speed optimization, and performance scoring. Proven experience working with developers to implement SEO strategies within modern CMS platforms . Advanced knowledge of tools such as: Google Search Console Screaming Frog A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and project management skills.
