  • Create a differentiated curriculum that integrates functional academics, life skills, and vocational training.
  • Develop pupil-focused, fun, and autism-friendly teaching methodologies.
  • Be a beacon of structure and stability, creating an environment where meaningful learning flourishes.
  • Implement and monitor the progress of students' Individual Education Plan goals.
  • Forge strong partnerships with parents, empowering them to extend their child's learning beyond the classroom.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking individuals with exceptional verbal and written communication skills who possess an unwavering passion for helping special needs students maximize their potential.

Your Diploma in Special Education from NIE will lay the foundation for your success. While relevant work or volunteering experience in teaching special needs students is advantageous, we welcome all dedicated individuals who share our commitment to making a difference.
