IT Enterprise Architect This role leads the design and execution of enterprise-wide IT architecture to deliver scalable, efficient, and business-aligned technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: Shape and maintain the target domain architecture and guide its implementation across projects. Collaborate with business leaders, solution architects, and IT teams to translate needs into actionable architecture plans. Develop migration roadmaps from current to target architecture and oversee execution. Review project designs for compliance with architectural standards and performance requirements. Provide mentorship to architects and technical teams, promoting best practices and alignment. Requirements: 10+ years in IT, including 5+ years in architecture leadership within complex, high-transaction environments. Strong background in designing and integrating systems, data, and performance-driven solutions. Experience working across global or multinational teams and environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical mindset, able to reduce complexity and align technology with business needs. Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems; architecture certifications are advantageous.
