Job Description for the position of: Regional Marketing Communications Manager About the role This position will carry responsibility for designing and implementing Omnichannel / OMO to impact the company’s bottom line and brand health positively. Your role will involve providing, guiding, and coordinating global marketing and communication strategies that align with the brand's vision, mission, and goals for the region. The role includes but not limited to GMT, 360‐degree marketing and communications, events, promotions and partnerships, CRM & community management for corporate, wholesale and retail business. The OMO deliverables will support towards strong brand building in the markets and establishing the brand as a strong player in the luxury watch industry. After building a successful model for the region, it will be applied within the Asia‐Pacific region. The candidate must have a strategic mindset in developing the brand across all touchpoints - from Online to offline, with a strong understanding of the customer experience journey. He/she must be numbers literate, analytical to optimise the marketing budget across the 5 markets we are currently operating in. Independent and a self‐starter, have good problem‐solving skills and good leadership as he/she will be managing a team of 2 for the department and collaborate closely with different retailers’ team members. Responsibilities Develop OMO/Omnichannel Strategy Develop and implement omni channel marketing and communications, customer experience, across all channels and touchpoints, including but not limited to Advertising, PR, Events, Communications, SNS, Store Planning and Visual Merchandising, CRM and Community Management and Development (GS9 Club)Spearhead and drive the Omnichannel mandate working closely with internal stakeholders (Business Planning Manager, Commercial Manager, Finance Manager, Boutique Manager, Manging Director) and external stakeholders (retailer partners, SWC team members, media, vendors, etc) leading the way for the various Go-To-Market (GTM) activations in the region to positively influence our business and build the brand visibility and desirability with the brand positioning for the longer-term brand success. Collaborate with all retail partners in each market to develop a robust marketing calendar in addition to building a strong corporate and boutique calendar – product launches, new store openings, GTM, events etc. Guide the development and the realization of the advertising campaigns of the Brand. Supervise and guide the Marketing strategy plans and implementation of the sales marketing activities for all products categories and all channels. Monthly reporting and analysis. Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Plans to Attract New Customers Define the Digital Strategy applied to all communication channels locally. Manage all digital platforms including own and retailers’ websites. GS9 Club platforms, producing localised content using corporate assets and in line with global guidelines ensuring impactful communications across all touchpoints for GTM, product launches, brand stories and special activations. Partner production and media agencies to implement the marketing and communication strategy, position, and marketing campaign by using SWC’s global communication materials. Monitor and maximize the effectiveness of the plans with post campaign analysis and results. Develop and Maintain CRM programs and Fan Community to Retain Existing Customers Develop CRM strategies and tactical programs to retain and upgrade existing customers for Grand Seiko directly managed Boutique in Singapore. Guide the development of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) culture in the company to develop loyalty and maintain huge return on investment (ROI). Implement the CRM programs and roll out year long engagements for client retention and acquisition. Build and manage an engaged and interactive loyal customer program / fan community. Monitor and maximize the effectiveness of the programs. GS9 club – increase membership and maintain the platform, develop CRM programme, and create opportunities regular engagement with this audience. Plan and implement programmes and partnerships, to drive traffic to the store and develop / increase client base for boutique. Develop retail event and promotion calendar and discuss with each boutique for implementation. The candidate Bachelor’s degree holder in Marketing or related field. Fluent written and spoken English with excellent communication skills. Business Awareness and Agility. Strong Leadership and Entrepreneurial spirit.
