Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Solutions Manager to lead the design, deployment, and management of enterprise IT/OT infrastructure across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. This role requires strong technical expertise in servers, storage, virtualization, networking, and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), with proven leadership in IT infrastructure projects.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, deployment, and management of IT/OT infrastructure solutions.
  • Define project deliverables, assign roles, and manage project schedules, risks, and milestones.
  • Collaborate with architects, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure solution alignment and performance optimization.
  • Conduct technical evaluation of infrastructure solutions, including cost/benefit analysis and vendor selection.
  • Ensure system availability, resilience, security, and compliance in all IT/OT solutions.
  • Manage and mentor technical engineers and infrastructure teams to deliver projects effectively.
Requirements:
This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field, along with experience in IT infrastructure and project management. Key skills include hands-on expertise in system administration (Windows/Linux), virtualization platforms (Nutanix, VMware), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Strong knowledge of networking and security (firewalls, VPN, load balancers, routers, switches) is also essential. Familiarity with monitoring tools (SolarWinds), data protection (Veritas), IAM (CyberArk), and vulnerability assessment (Nessus) is desirable. Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware, Microsoft, RedHat, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Dell EMC) are advantageous. Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills are required for this role.
