Your role: Aspiring finance professional with a passion for banking. You're eager to start your career in the financial industry but unsure where to begin. This Graduate Talent Program offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and gain valuable experience in the global banking sector.

We're looking for ambitious students who are interested in learning about companies, evaluating M&A transactions, preparing industry analyses, participating in financial modelling and valuation exercises, conducting market and company analyses, creating marketing materials, and executing live deals.

Our Global Banking team in Singapore provides coverage, advisory, capital markets, and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions, and sponsor clients. We're responsible for delivering expert advice and services to help our clients achieve their goals.

We're seeking a candidate who:

  • Will graduate by June 2026 or has less than two years of work experience
  • May have knowledge of one of the following languages: Mandarin, Hindi, Thai, Vietnamese, or Bahasa Indonesian, which will be leveraged when working with clients in the ASEAN region
  • Has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative
  • Is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
  • Is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

We're looking for someone who's curious and wants to thrive in a fast-paced business environment. We welcome all majors but it's essential to have an interest in the financial industry. If you've organized a fundraising event, taken part in team sports, or stepped out of your comfort zone to learn about a subject you found challenging, we want to hear about it.

This 24-month Graduate Talent Program is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. You'll get to learn from experienced colleagues, build your network, and develop new skills. Our program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training, and teaches you core skills and knowledge of the economy and current financial market trends. It continues from there, providing opportunities for growth and development.
