Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Senior/Expert Backend Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing high-quality backend systems with minimal issues.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Create scalable backend systems that meet performance, security, and observability standards.
  • Improve code quality and refactor existing codebases to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Identify and resolve performance, stability, and scalability issues in a timely manner.
  • Mentor junior engineers and develop process improvements to drive team success.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computing, software engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of backend engineering experience.
  • Technical expertise in Java or Go, with proficiency in Spring Boot, WebFlux, Kafka, Redis, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • System design skills, including the ability to create modular, scalable solutions with consideration for performance, security, and observability.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify edge cases, manage risk, and improve system quality.
  • Process mindset, with the ability to spot inefficiencies and propose improvements in both technology and workflow.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
