This senior executive spearheads strategic, high‑value sales pursuits for clients in software, cloud, AI, BPO and digital platform industries. This role drives the full pursuit lifecycle—from early qualification through contract signing—while shaping innovative technology‑led solutions that address the unique pressures of tech clients such as speed‑to‑market, global scalability, platform modernization, and AI‑driven transformation. This leader partners closely with DXC Client Partners, solution architects, industry SMEs, and executive stakeholders to deliver compelling, competitive proposals that accelerate DXC’s growth in the top 100 APAC enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities 1. Pursuit Leadership & Sector‑Specific Strategy Lead and execute complex pursuits & develop sector‑aligned pursuit strategies centered on platform modernization, cloud‑native architectures, AI/ML capabilities, global delivery, and cybersecurity. Analyze competitor positions and rapidly evolving tech‑market trends to shape winning approaches. 2. Technology Sector Client Engagement Engage with senior C level client leaders—CEO, CIO, CTO, Chief Digital Office etc to understand their technology roadmaps and transformation priorities. Position DXC as a partner in accelerating product innovation, improving operational efficiency, and enabling global scale. Shape competitive commercial models suited to the technology sector, such as consumption‑based pricing, outcome‑based models, and agile contracting. Work with finance, pricing, and delivery teams to ensure deal viability, scalability, and margin protection. Identify and mitigate contractual risks common in the technology industry (IP protection, service credits, SLAs, global compliance). 5. Governance & Excellence in Pursuit Execution Ensure alignment with DXC’s pursuit governance and industry best practices. Lead executive reviews and deal approvals with clear articulation of technology solution risks and opportunities. Track sector pursuits, ensuring on‑time delivery and adherence to quality standards. 6. Leadership of Cross‑Functional Teams Lead multidisciplinary virtual teams across solutioning, delivery, engineering, architecture, finance, and legal. Foster a collaborative, innovative culture that encourages rapid iteration and customer‑centric thinking. Mentor pursuit managers and strengthen DXC’s pursuit capability for the technology sector. Required Qualifications 15+ years managing complex technology‑sector 10m+ pursuits with a global tech leader or PS firm. Deep understanding of cloud, AI, data, DevOps, applications, cybersecurity, and digital engineering. Strong ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling business outcomes. Excellent storytelling and executive communication, tailored to technical and business audiences. Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience in modern pricing constructs. Exceptional team leadership in fast‑paced, high‑pressure pursuits. Education Bachelor’s degree MBA or Masters Personal Attributes Highly collaborative with strong influence and facilitation skills.
