Job Description
- Partner with Business Teams to coordinate and ensure the delivery of HR initiatives across the region.
- Bridge the gap between Business Teams and the Centre of Excellence functions to develop and align appropriate HR Business Partnering initiatives.
- Coordinate HR projects in domains such as recruitment, talent management, learning and development, compensation and rewards, employee relations, recognition programs, and strategic development.
- Project-manage the implementation and review of HR Business Partnering initiatives and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Track and monitor project progress and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders when necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- At least 1 year of HR experience, preferably in e-Commerce / Internet or similar industries.
- Experience working for large technology companies and their people initiatives is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
- Strong collaborative skills and the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Good communication skills, especially fluency in written and spoken English.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and empowered to make decisions.
