Overview Executive IT Audit Manager (1-year contract) at Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore (URA). This role sits in URA's Internal Audit team and contributes to URA's IT risk management and governance. The position involves IT audits across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and emerging risk areas, and collaboration with the business audit team for integrated IT and operational risk audits. Note that this is a 1-year contract role. What You Will Be Working On Execute IT audits across various technological domains including cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications under supervision Conduct technical assessments of IT controls, security configurations, and system implementations Perform data analytics to identify potential control gaps and process improvements Design and implement continuous monitoring of IT risks Evaluate emerging technology risks and provide recommendations for control enhancements Prepare draft audit reports, working papers, and management reporting Contribute to the development of the IT audit methodology and work programs Partner with business units to implement audit recommendations and strengthen controls Participate in projects related to IT governance and compliance initiatives Key Competencies / What We Are Looking For Understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure)Familiarity with IT risk assessment methodologies Knowledge of IT general controls (ITGC) and application controls testing Experience with data analytics tools and basic scripting (ACL, Power BI, Python) preferred Ability to identify and communicate technical findings as business risks Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail Good communication skills to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies Collaborative team player Self-motivated with ability to work independently Employment Type Contract Job Function Finance and Accounting/Auditing Industries: Government Administration Information about related opportunities: Get notified about new Information Technology Audit Manager jobs in Singapore, Singapore. #J-18808-Ljbffr
