Reporting directly to the Junior School Principal, the postholder will provide strategic and operational leadership of all aspects of the Junior School’s academic provision.This includes responsibility for curriculum design and articulation, teaching and learning standards, and the oversight of academic enrichment across all year groups. The Vice Principal (Academic) will ensure that the curriculum is coherent, intellectually challenging, and reflective of the best spirit of NLCS - inspirational, aspirational, and ambitious - enabling every student to flourish academically and to develop a genuine love of learning.The successful candidate will be a key member of the Junior School Leadership Team, thereby overseeing strategic development across all areas of school life.
