As a Car Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our brand's success by delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: Forge new relationships by bringing in potential clients who are interested to buy/sell their cars. Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner, providing them with detailed information about our vehicles, features, and benefits. Negotiate pricing and finalize vehicle transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures. Collaborate with the finance department to provide customers with financing options and aftermarket products. Ensure timely follow-up and maintain ongoing communication with customers to build long-term relationships and generate repeat business. Stay updated on product knowledge, accessories, financing options, and incentives to provide accurate information to customers. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team. Uphold the highest level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions with customers and colleagues. Requirements: Punctual and willing to work on weekends if need be. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced sales environment. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills. High level of motivation and a self-starter attitude. Sales experience preferred.
